Resident Wellness Week

This is the first time in UAMS history that we are focusing on resident physician wellness.

Each day will focus on a different domain of wellness (physical/nutrition, emotional/mental, financial, social, etc) and we will have various activities throughout the day so residents can attend regardless of their rotation and call schedule.

Each day there will be a “key note” address around noon with lunch provided for the first 50 people.

Activities to look forward to include an escape room, sunrise yoga, playing with puppies in pet therapy, bowling at Dust Bowl, an ice cream social, and short guided meditations.

Lots of other exciting things in the works including daily give always and a “grand prize” giveaway at the end of the week.

Please contact Dr. Kristen Lienhart at 501-944-5549 or lienhartkristenl@uams.edu if you’d like to help.
